Is There a Data Cap?

• Customers are required to lease or purchase an approved 32 channel modem capable of DOCSIS 3.0 in order to receive the internet service.
   

Security Features

Cable One offers a Wire Maintenance Program to its customers. This program, Service Guard, covers service visits by Cable One technicians to customer’s homes to resolve problems with wiring and equipment connections. Service Guard is complimentary to Cable One’s Elite Customers and is available to all other customers for $5.00/month.

Customer Satisfaction

May only be used within the first 30 days of new service and only once for a particular service by any customer. Refunds will consist of the money paid for the service(s) cancelled as well as applicable taxes and fees but does not include long distance phone charges.  Technical Support is open 24/7 at 877-692-2253

Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

• A computer meeting Cable One's minimum requirements:
• An Intel® Pentium®-class computer with 256 MB of RAM for Windows XP or 512MB of RAM for Windows Vista and Windows 7.
• A Macintosh configuration is also available. (For support questions on older systems, please call us at 1-877-692-2253.)
• A Cable ONE-certified cable modem. (Purchase one from a local dealer or lease one from your local Cable ONE office.) Purchased modems and other required equipment may vary in price.
• A commonly available 10Base-T Network Interface Card installed.
